The hotel was cozy with good air-conditioning and a fantastic lounge bar with games and a pool. The rooftop swimming pool was a nice touch. The friendly staff recognised us and made our stay enjoyable. The beds were perfect and the sheets were clean. We liked the location near the metro station and Iskon temple. Plus, we received two complementary facts which was a lovely surprise.

The night staff weren’t as well trained as the day staff. The room lacked a mini bar and proper bathroom supplies.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel with helpful staff who recognized us from a previous visit. The huge lounge bar on this property includes pool and snooker and the hotel facilities offer a free rooftop swimming pool, excellent lifts and a good locker in the wardrobe. It is close to the city area, tourist places, and the NU hospital making it convenient for us. The full HD all channels on TV including Prive high cost channels were a plus and the one-bedroom suite was perfect for accommodating an entire mini family function. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options, and the room service was superb.

The room service and housekeeping did an excellent job, ensuring my stay was comfortable and hassle-free.
